On this St. George’s Day, the birth- and death-day of William Shakespeare and (who could forget?!) UN English Language Day, how could the York Tories not do something? A traditional bar crawl was in order.
The Bar Crawl began at the Tories usual watering hole, D-Bar, and moved on the Lamb and Lion Inn, before making their way across to Petergate and down Stonegate before adding a Chinese touch to the end of the evening, at the one and only Willow.
Join us next week for our Mid-Revision Campus Bar Crawl, but in the meantime: Cry God for Maggie, England and St George!
