Annual Balls

The York Tories host two balls a year, one at the end of the Autumn term and one at the end of the academic year.

Both of which typically consist of a pre-dinner reception, three course meals with coffee/tea at the end, a guest speaker and an exploration of York’s night-life.

Christmas Ball
This is held as the associations way of saying “Merry Christmas”. Held near the end of the Autumn term, it is the social highlight of the festive season and a regular sell-out event.

Summer Ball
There’s no better way to celebrate the end of exams or the beginning of summer with the York Tories Summer Ball. With guest speakers, fine dining and good company, it is an event not to be missed.
